• The reservation is only confirmed after full payment and upon receipt of the ticket, which will be sent to the email address provided or issued in paper format.
• It is mandatory to present a physical printout of the ticket or an e-ticket on your smartphone.
• No refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
• Cancellations are accepted up to 1 week in advance, and rescheduling is permitted up to 72 hours beforehand. Rescheduling fees may apply.
• BerlengaTrip reserves the right to cancel trips due to unfavorable weather conditions or an insufficient number of passengers . In such cases, customers may choose to reschedule for a new date or receive a refund of the ticket price.
• The daily route is determined by sea conditions, with the primary objective always being a trip to Berlenga Island.
• By purchasing this ticket, you authorize BerlengaTrip to capture and publish images obtained during the activity.
• If you do not consent to the collection and use of photographs or videos containing your image, you must explicitly state this at the check-in desk.
• Swimming and water activities are subject to favorable sea conditions.
• It is the client's responsibility to have valid personal accident insurance and to be personally aware of their physical capacity to participate in aquatic activities for which BerlengaTrip may rent and/or provide equipment.
• Personal information voluntarily provided by the user when purchasing products or filling out forms on the website is for the exclusive use of BerlengaTrip. Users may update, correct, or cancel their registration at any time by contacting the company.
• We are at sea; please take care of your personal belongings to prevent them from getting wet or falling into the water. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Some water activities are subject to restrictions during certain months.. The management of equipment for aquatic activities is organized on board based on the number of participants.
• Please arrive at our sales point approximately 30 minutes before the departure time.
• We recommend bringing athletic shoes, comfortable clothing, a light jacket, and if you plan on swimming, a swimsuit, towel, and sunscreen.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Due to weather conditions and water activities, the outer deck can sometimes become slippery. Please be careful and follow the instructions given by the crew.
• It is strictly forbidden to enter the water without the crew's permission. Diving from the boat into the water is great fun, but it can also be dangerous. Please respect the crew's instructions. Be aware that you are diving at your own risk and responsibility. Please be careful.
• Immediately after boarding, you must choose your seat and remain seated for the entire journey.
• Please be careful when walking on the boat; for your safety, always keep at least one hand free to hold on to a railing or support.

 

Berlengas Island Tourist Tax
